29.08. - 30.08.2009: Lacrosse Camp in Mainz

Mainz Musketeers laden ein zum Lacrosse Camp Ende August!
Lust auf ein Wochenende voller Lacrosse, Spaß und der Möglichkeit einiges zu lernen?! Am Wochenende des 29. Und 30. August 2009 werden die Mainz Musketeers zusammen mit der European Lacrosse Federation in Mainz ein Lacrosse-Camp veranstalten, das genau diese Gelegenheit bietet.

Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit der ELF konnten wir Amerikanische Coaches für das Camp gewinnen, die zur Zeit in England Lacrosse unterrichten. Das Programm wird Samstagmorgen starten und bis Sonntagnachmittag gehen und folgende Inhalte haben:
Für die Damen:
Das Camp soll vor allem Spielerinnen ansprechen, die bereits die Grundlagen, wie sicheres Fangen und Passen erlernt haben, aber noch nicht viel Spielerfahrung sammeln konnten. Den Fokus möchten wir dabei auf Spieltaktik und "Aufbau (defense und offense) legen.
Für die Herren:
Das Trainingscamp richtet sich grundsätzlich an Spieler, die schon Spielpraxis sammeln konnten und die über die Grundlagentechnik verfügen. Aufbaudrills führen zu Full- oder Halffield Drills, bei denen in spielähnlichen Situationen das Angriffs- und Verteidigungsspiel verbessert werden soll.

Bei genügend Interesse von Anfängern, soll diesen im (zumindest anfänglich) separaten Kreis die Grundlagentechnik vermittelt werden.

Natürlich stehen wir gerne für Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Für die Anmeldung bitte Namen, Alter, Verein und Spielerfahrung angeben und anschließend die Teilnahmegebühr an unten genanntes Konto überweisen. Die Gebühr beträgt 30 Euro pro Teilnehmer.
Wenn ihr euch bis zum 15. Juli anmeldet wird der Preis allerdings auf 25 Euro reduziert.

29.08. - 30.08.2009: 1. Internationales Leipzig Lacrosse Turnier

Details: 29th and 30th August 2009, Beginning Saturday 10.30 Uhr and finishing Sunday Around 4:00pm, arriving the day before begin is possible, minimum 8 players for female teams and 10 players for male teams. Substituting registered players between various teams is allowed. Please inform us if you plan to arrive the day before the tournament begins.

Lockers/Showers: Both are available on the club grounds. Game rules:The games will be played and judged according to IFWLA/DLaxV regulations. The length of play for ladies is 2 x 13 minutes and for the gentlemen is 2 x 15 minutes.
Refreshment: Water will be provided for the games, though players should bring their own bottles to fill.Food is available for purchase on the club grounds of SG MoGoNo or from nearby bakeries and discount grocers.
After-Game: On Saturday players are invited to a party at the TV-Club from 9:00pm.
Accommodation: Players can stay at the stadium, but will need to bring their own tents. Alternatively, teams/players may choose to arrange their own accommodation in one of the youth hostels or hotels throughout Leipzig.
Fees:
Entry fee per team 30 €
Participation fee per player 18 €
Non-refundable deposit: 120.00€ (counts towards team/player registration)

Karlsruhe Storm Lacrosse cordially invites your club to bring a team to the Karlsruhe Storm Lacrosse Sevens Tournament. Seven versus Seven; Six field players and one goalie.Maximum 12 players per team may be registered. Maximum 3 long poles per team on the field at one time. Each Team will have 9 x 20 minute games in one day. Field 70m x 45 m.
