Flowsheet of the ADH open 2016The adh open 2016 began for the Captain-Lax team like for many other participants on friday evening. As we drove on to the field, the first tents were ready and some players played lacrosse.
The next morning there was breakfast in the big tent at 8 o’clock. At the same time the first players stormed the Captain LAX tent to get the things that they had forgotten at home, but urgently needed for the first game. Whether the tent was finished up or not. The beginning of the games was at 9 o’clock.
The saturday in the women group consisted entirely of the preliminary round. In the groups, we have described to you earlier in this article, the first games were played. Highlights of the adh open 2016

Among the highlights in addition to the usual games of the tournament mainly included the rookie baptism on Saturday night. The new male and female players of some teams had to go through different initiation rituals. It could not be missing the master of ceremonies and the higly qualified audience/commentators. At the same night the legendary Players Party took place. The effects could be seen the next morning.
In our highlight video you can watch different scenes of the games, the rookie baptism and some other things.
Have fun while watching!

Feedback of the adh open 2016 organizer Nadine Milkau

The tournament was great. We are happy with it. In advance the communication with the University of Bremen proceeded a liitle bit difficult, but we Lacrossers collected it quite well.
We got mostly good feedback from the players and the refs. Especially about the players party and that so many people could sleep in the hall and did not have to camp in the rain. The players were a little bit unsatisfied with the breakfast of the first day, for some players, the time was a bit tight between the long wait at breakfast and the first game. On Sunday we reorganized the breakfast and everything went well.
And we hope that our upcoming helper party will also be great.

We hope and think you had a great weekend just like we had in Bremen and we look forward to next year.

Sticks up!
