Would you prefer your package to be delivered to your work address?
Do you want to send a present directly to the birthday boy/girl/….?
In other words, do you sometimes like to use different shipping addresses for your orders?

No problem! Just give us the delivery address when you order and we will ship the package to the new address at no extra cost.
The invoice will still be addressed to you unless you request otherwise We can also send your shipment direct to a DHL-Packstation – just include the box number and Packstation reference in the delivery address.

1. Length: over 120 and up to 175 cm / Width or Depth over 60 cm → 6 € bulky goods surcharge
2. Length: over 175 cm / combined parcel measurements max. 300 cm / Weight: max. 31,5 kg → 35 € bulky goods surcharge
3. Length: over 250 cm / combined parcel measurements: max 330 cm / Weight: max. 40 kg → 55 € bulky goods surcharge

Orders to be shipped to Switzerland will be invoiced excluding VAT.

After receiving your order, it should be checked for completeness and to ensure that the goods and packaging are free from defects. Missing, damaged or defective goods and/or packaging must be reported immediately to the seller. All packaging and shipping materials must be retained until the problem has been addressed and resolved.

The most important details relating to Express shipping

Express shipping is only possible when:

  • all items are in stock in the quantities ordered
  • The order is placed before 14:00 hrs.
  • Express shipments requested on Saturday or Sunday will be sent on Monday
  • the shipping address is in Germany, excluding German island addresses
  • the shipment is not being sent to a DHL Packstation
  • payment is made at the time of order using Credit Card, Purchase on Invoice (Klarna) or PayPal
  • The recipient must be available to receive the shipment

Packstation (only in Germany)

Of course, we can send your orders to a DHL Packstation at no extra charge. Just enter your Packstation and postal box numbers in the ordering process and we will send the shipment straight there – “no questions asked”!

Please be at the delivery address at your expected delivery time or ask someone you trust to accept delivery on your behalf!

Disclaimer of liability

In the event of circumstances or events beyond our control, such as force majeure, strikes, etc., a timely delivery cannot be guaranteed. If delivery does not take place on time because of the influence of third parties over whom we have no control, we will of course refund the fees. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or financial loss incurred if the delivery person cannot find you on the first delivery attempt, because no one is at home and delivery is therefore delayed,
