Here is everything you need to know about returns. . Products that you buy at Captain-Lax are sold with a 60 day returns period The purchase price of all unworn and undamaged products returned to us up to 60 days after you have received them, will be refunded to you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with whatever you have received, you can send it back to us. Unfortunately, we only pay the return shipping costs if the item is damaged on receipt, or differs significantly from the description of the item ordered.

YOU DON’T LIKE WHAT YOU'VE RECEIVED?

The follow these steps:

1. Put a copy of the delivery note or the completed returns form into the package.

2. Using the original package where possible, send the item(s) you want to return back to us.

3. We will process your refund payment as soon as the items have been checked in our warehouse.

Then please get in contact with our Customer Service Team and they will take care of things!

Please let us know your order number, explain the situation as precisely as you can, and send us pictures too if possible, so that we can process your return as quickly as we can and send you the returns label.
